Gates open to display vehicles from 8.30am. (Public 10am – 4.00pm)
Dear exhibitor,
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you and seeing your fine vintage & classic vehicles here at Kersey Mill on National Drive It Day 2025. With it being about a week away, we wanted to touch base with you with some final details and arrangements.
We have had a record number of car enthusiasts register and we are expecting a good number of exhibitors.
With the record numbers registering we have allocated part of the river paddock (Zone 1) for extra display vehicles.
On arrival our Marshalls will be directing you to your specific parking zone.
Please Note: It is not possible to predetermine the zone as it can change on the day depending on traffic flows as we cannot allow for cars to back-up onto the highway.
Our Marshalls will be on duty until 12 noon to help park display vehicles, so do please arrive well beforehand. Remember gates open at 8.30am.
For those attending the Saturday 26th April Breakfast Meet, vehicles can be left here overnight if desired, however we would request these are left near the house. Please speak to Steve if that is the plan.
A detailed map is available below showing the different Zones and these will be signed on the day.
If you are attending as part of a group, can all vehicles in your group, on entry to the site, display the group name or initials so we can try and park you together, it is also useful if the number of cars in the group is displayed. We are happy for group leaders to help park their group.
As in the past, display vehicles enter Free of charge and can come and go during the day, however it is useful for us to know your plans so we can park you accordingly.
If you plan on leaving before 3pm could you please show your desired time of departure, we will try and park you in Zone 8 where you can exit easily by the back gates and not have to drive against the one-way flow of traffic. allowing for safety of spectators and an easy exit to avoid congestion.
The Café, TMK Street Food, Tea/Coffee Trailer & Log Cabin in Zones 2,4,& 7 will be open providing food and refreshments.

Some of the on-site shops and business will be open too.
We will be holding our Best In Show & runner up competition. There are 2 prizes, Kersey Mill Flower Shop and The Heather Walker Trophy, that will be awarded around 3.00pm.

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
PLEASE DO NOT use Gas BBQ’s, Gas Stoves, Fires, or naked flames.

Public parking is just £5 (which includes all occupancy of their car). A cheap day out.
So, get polishing those wonderful vehicles in preparation for a fabulous day.
